Miles Jiles started buying houses for cash in 2020 in San Bernardino County, California (also known as the Inland Empire). From day one he was learning the business the right way, under the guidance of Vincent Hicks, a veteran cash buyer with years of experience helping homeowners across California.

Vincent took Miles under his wing and taught him not just the fundamentals of cash home buying but the legal side of the business too. That foundation shaped how Miles approaches every single deal he closes.

Over five years Miles worked directly with homeowners across California in all kinds of situations. Every seller had a real problem that needed a real solution.
